20 Week Ultrasound

Here are the videos from our 20 week ultrasound. We found out he was definately a boy this time! His expected due date is 08/07/2008. I'm hoping he can hold off until 08/08/08! We are both amazed at how much he has grown since the last ultrasound just a few weeks ago. We love the part were you can see his little profile and he opens his mouth! (in part 2 at 2:32) We also think he got Sarah's little nose and maybe my feet...

Highlights:

Video 1

• 0-1:00 - Brain/head pictures you can see him sucking his thumb around :27 seconds in. They measure his head and it comes out to 20 weeks 2 days at 1:25
• 1:40 - Measuring his abdominal cavity
• 2:00-4:00 - Looking at his legs trying to get a femur length (3:18 he gets the measurement)
• 4:47-4:52 - It's a boy! Yes apparently that is his penis (The tech put the cursor on it)

Video 2

• 0-:14 - more confirmation that it is a boy
• 0:50 - 1:00 - measuring the heartbeat
• 2:08-2:31 - Looking for a profile and 3/4 view of the head (we get a good profile around 2:30)
• 2:33 - He tilts back his head and opens his mouth and wiggles around!
• 3:12 - Some good shots of his legs and feet

16 Week Ultrasound

Here are some of our first ultrasound pictures. He is about 16 weeks here and he kept moving around alot. The tech said that she thought she could see the tell-tale sign that it was a boy, but his legs were crossed and he wouldn't budge!
